This picture represents a healing experience I had with God in 2003 which happened at my church, Tidewater Area Christian Fellowship. God sent his "healing rain" down on me and healed some of the pain and grief I had repressed from my sexual abuse.When he released the golden rain it filled me with light, comfort, and such overwhelming love that I felt all my walls and hardness melting. I was able to let go of some of the pain and let it wash through me. He did such a powerful healing in me that day.He also gave me a promise, that instead of my lack I would have plenty, and instead of shame I would have honor. I pray that when any person with hidden emotional pain looks at this image that the pain would be released and healing activated in the name of Jesus.
